New Delhi: Rashmika Mandanna and Dhanush starrer ‘Kubera’ has gone on floors. The film featuring two megastars from South is being shot in the quiestest manner posisble. Directed by Sekhar Kammula, not much is known about ‘Kubera’. However, a video from the sets of the film has been doing the rounds on social media. A pap video shared on social media reveals that the shooting of the film has begun and is on in Mumbai.

Dhanush, Rashmika shooting for Kubera in Mumbai
In the pap video doing the rounds on social media, we see Dhanush and Rashmika walking towards the shooting spot. While Dhanush is seen in a dark suit, Rashmika sports a simple green churidar. Dhanush looks quite different from the first look poster of the film.

About Kubera
While details about the film are still not known, from the title of the film ‘Kubera'( the name of Hindu god of wealth) and Dhanush’s latest looks, the film could be about a rich man and his fall, or a double role perhaps.
Some older pictures of Dhanush as a beggar in a fight sequence were also seen on social media. ‘Kubera’ was then shot in Tirupathi.ย
Rashmika had also shared an update about ‘Kubera’ on her Instagram stories. Sharing a picture of the moon from the set of the Dhanush-starrer, Rashmika had written, “Anddddd it’s pack up! #kubera.โ
Nagarjuna, Jim Sarbh In Kubera
‘Kubera’ also stars Nagarjuna and Jim Sarbh in key roles. The film’s promotions began in March this year when a first-look poster of Dhanush looking rugged was released. There have been speculations about Nagarjuna’s role in the film as that of a police officer.ย
As per several reports, Nagarjuna shot a schedule with Dhanush in the USA earlier this year.
With music by Devi Sri Prasad and cinematography by Niketh Bommi and produced by Suniel Narang and Puskur Ram Mohan Rao, ‘Kubera’ is a film worth the wait.
