His absence would have left the movie incomplete, according to fans, and the show’s creators couldn’t agree more. The actor is ready to return to Birmingham’s streets with his unmatched style and charisma. The filmmakers also alluded to a possible release window, saying that production would start in September.
Peaky Blinders Movie To Bring Cilian Murphy Back In Action
Cillian Murphy’s involvement in the film adaptation of ‘Peaky Blinders’ has been confirmed by Steven Knight, the creator of the critically acclaimed BBC TV series. After starring in the original series, Murphy—known for his performance in Christopher Nolan’s film ‘Oppenheimer’—will now play the same part again.
“He definitely is returning for it. We’re shooting it in September just down the road in Digbeth,” Knight said in an interview at the premiere of his BBC series, ‘This Town’.
