Karisma Kapoor and her ‘Dil To Pagal Hai’ co-star Madhuri Dixit will reunite on the upcoming episode of the dance reality show ‘Dance Deewane’. Karisma will be present as the guest judge along with Suniel Shetty and Madhuri. The actor’s reunion will surely serve as a nostalgic moment for the ‘90s kids as they would recreate their iconic ‘dance of envy’ scene from the Shah Rukh Khan starrer.

In a new promo for the upcoming Dance Deewane episode, Madhuri and Karisma can be seen recreating their popular face-off scene from the 1997 superhit romantic musical ‘Dil To Pagal Hai’. Both actors featured alongside Shah Rukh Khan in the movie, and as part of their rivalry, they got into an impromptu dance battle. The scene became a major hit among the fans and still remains iconic.

Actors turned down Yash Chopra’s romantic hit Dil To Pagal Hai
Interestingly, several A-list actors from that period turned down offers to portray Karisma’s character Nisha in ‘Dil To Pagal Hai’ because they did not want to play the supporting part in a Yash Chopra film starring Shah Rukh and Madhuri. Eventually, Karisma decided to take the role after Kajol, Juhi Chawla, Urmila Matondkar, Manisha Koirala, and Raveena Tandon rejected it. The actor even bagged a National Award for her performance.
Meanwhile, Karisma Kapoor will be next seen in the show ‘Brown’ and Madhuri Dixit is rumoured to be part of Vidya Balan and Kartik Aaryan starrer ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3’.
