<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>इस किरदार से हुए मशहूर</strong><br />सौरभ एक ऐसे कलाकार हैं, जिन्होंने हमेशा फिल्मों में लीड एक्टर्स से भी ज्यादा सुर्खियां बटोरी हैं. फिल्म ‘बैंडिट क्वीन’ से अपने फिल्मी करियर की शुरुआत करने वाले सौरभ ने वैसे तो कई फिल्मों में काम किया. लेकिन उन्हें असली पहचान साल 1998 में फिल्म ‘सत्या’ से मिली. ये फिल्म उनके करियर में मील का पत्थर साबित हुई थी. इस फिल्म में उन्होंने गैंगस्टर कल्लू मामा का किरदार किया था. </p>
<p><strong>बावजूद इसके 10 साल तक नहीं मिला काम</strong><br />इस फिल्म के बाद सौरभ कॉफी पॉपुलर हो गए थे. लेकिन अफसोस उन्हें इस चीज का बिल्कुल फायदा नहीं मिला. इतना नाम कमाने के बाद भी उन्हें कोई काम नहीं दे रहा था. ये बात का खुलासा एक्टर ने एक इंटरव्यू में किया था. उन्होंने कहा था कि मुझे उनका काम मिलना ही बंद होगा मुझे 10 साल तक वैसे कमा नहीं मिला जैसा मैं चाहता था. </p>
<p><strong>फिर रणबीर की फिल्म ने पार लगाई डूबती नइया</strong><br />लेकिन फिर उनकी किस्मत पलटी और उन्होंने अपने करियर की दूसरी पारी खेली. शोरभ ने रणबीर कपूर की ब्लॉकबस्टर फिल्म बर्फी में काम किया और एक बार फिर वह छा गए. इसके बाद उन्होंने जॉली एलएलबी जैसी कई अच्छी फिल्मों में काम किया. </p>
<p><strong>गोरखपुर में हुआ था जन्म</strong><br />बता दें कि 1973 को उत्तर प्रदेश के गोरखपुर में हुआ था. वहीं जब सौरभ दो साल के थे तब उनका परिवार दिल्ली शिफ्ट हो गया. उन्होंने अपनी पढ़ाई दिल्ली से की है. पढ़ानी पूरी करन के बाद सौरभ ने थिएटर ज्वाइन कर लिया था. कुछ समय तक थिएटर करने के बाद उन्होंने शेखर कपूर की फिल्म बैडिंट क्वीन ऑफर हुई, जिसमें उनके काम को खूब पसंद किया गया. </p>
